Summary briefing report on the research and results on the impact of reducing meat and dairy in the diets of children and young people, in line with recommendations from the Climate Change Committee. This research follows on from previous modelling in adults and explores the impact of these recommendations on children and young people’s diets, greenhouse gas emissions and achievement of the Scottish Dietary Goals.
