9. Steering and Working Groups
9.1 The Programme Board may establish sector-specific Steering / Working groups as required to support the delivery of the Programme. These groups will provide focused input, advice, and recommendations to the Board on specific areas of work. Their composition, remit, and reporting arrangements will be determined and agreed by the Programme Board.
