Beans are a simple, tasty and affordable way to boost your health while helping the environment.

So, bang in some beans and help make your meals healthy and taste great.

We’re supporting The Food Foundation’s campaign to get us eating more beans!

We're encouraging everyone to add beans (including legumes and pulses) to meals. It’s about giving everyone the confidence to add beans to their favourite dishes, and try out some new creations too.

Whether it's baked beans, lentils, chickpeas, or kidney beans, these little powerhouses are packed with goodness. They’re planet-friendly too, so go ahead and bang in some beans!
