Ingredients

1/3 of a shop bought quiche, or 1 individual quiche

3 or 4 medium sized potatoes, boiled

3 tablespoons of vegetables

1 teaspoon lower fat spread to top the potatoes and vegetables

Tips

  • Ready made quiches can be high in calories and often contain a lot of fat – make sure you check the labels and make the healthiest choice. You can also buy crustless versions which often have fewer calories than regular versions.
  • Shopping for one can be difficult – if you have to buy a whole quiche, you can portion it out when you buy it and freeze the additional portions for next time.
