Ingredients

  • Shop-bought baguette with egg mayonnaise & cress
  • One pot of low fat, low sugar fruit yoghurt (125g)
  • Tall skinny latte or skinny cappuccino

If you want to make the egg mayonnaise yourself, you will need:

  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • A sprinkling of mustard cress

Method

  1. Mash the boiled egg with the mayonnaise and spoon into a sandwich-sized baguette. 
  2. Sprinkle with mustard cress.

Tips

  • This meal is high in fat, so you should avoid having this type of lunch every day
  • Go for a skinny latte, made with skimmed or semi-skimmed milk and avoid adding any extra cream or syrups
  • Check the labels and choose fruit or plain yogurts that are lower in fats and sugar
  • This is a large meal, with a high calorie content. If you want to reduce the calories and fat in this meal and are making it at home, you could use a reduced fat mayonnaise with the egg
