Summary
This Action Note is to inform all Authorised Officers (AOs) of the new Enforcement Decision Process Report (EDP) Form, to be used by all AOs who are not directly employed by FSS (i.e. Contracted/Agency or Locum OVs/MHIs) when acting against established non-compliances requiring escalation in the hierarchy of the enforcement beyond intervention and/or verbal advice.
