This website is hosted by Dovetail Technologies Ltd. on behalf of Food Standards Scotland.  We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website.  For example, that means you should be able to:

How accessible this website is

We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible:

  • you cannot modify the line height or spacing of text

  • Training videos do not have captions

Materials including PDF documents and training videos are currently under review and when updated will be full accessible. We aim to have this complete by September 2022.
