Food Standards Scotland is holding its first conference, Fresh Thinking on Food, on Wednesday 28 March 2018 at the National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh.
The event will feature presentations from renowned speakers from across the globe who will talk on a range of food-related topics, from food crime to nutrition, and from emerging trends to food safety. We hope this will be an interesting and stimulating event which will give us all some fresh perspectives and help shape our thinking and policy development.
