People in Scotland consume much more sugar than is healthy and not nearly enough fibre. Today, a new expert report recommends that we all need to reduce further the amount of sugar we eat and increase the amount of fibre.

Consumers attending Taste of Grampian this weekend visited our indoor and outdoor stands to learn about food safety and healthy eating. Young and old took up the hand washing challenge under ultraviolet light to check where bugs can lurk unseen and got some football tips from Aberdeen Football Club coaches on how to kick germs to the back of the net.
