Food Standards Scotland (FSS) has taken the difficult decision to end its contract with Hallmark Meat Hygiene Ltd. Hallmark supplies Official Veterinarians and Meat Hygiene Inspectors to undertake controls to support Scotland’s important meat, game and poultry industries.
