Proposed Revisions to Codex Guidance - Fish and Fishery Products

Summary

The Codex Committee on Food Hygiene (CCFH) have published the Draft Revision on Revision of the Code of Practice for Fish and Fishery Products (CXC 52-3002) and Revisions of the Section on Sampling, Examination and Analyses related to Histamine Food Safety which will be discussed at the plenary session in meeting in November. Food Standards Scotland is seeking views by Wednesday 19th September 2018 to help develop a UK response to the Draft Revision.
