Summary
With effect from 3 July 2015, the introduction into Scotland from China of consignments of products of animal origin intended for human consumption or animal feed use is permitted, subject to conditions specified in Articles 2 and 3 of Commission Decision 2002/994/EC, as last amended by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/1068, concerning certain protective measure with regard to the products of animal origin imported from China.
