Summary
On 3 December 2015, the European Commission adopted commission implementing Decision EU 2015/2260 repealing Decision 2008/630 on emergency measures applicable to crustaceans imported from Bangladesh intended for human consumption. Declaration POAO Reg 61/047 is thereby revoked and replaced by Declaration TARP Reg 25/070/S
