Summary
On 9 October 2017, the European Commission adopted Commission Implementing Decision EU 2017/1840 amending Decision 2008/866/EC, on emergency suspending imports from Peru of certain bivalve molluscs intended for human consumption. Declaration TARP Reg 25/069/S is thereby revoked and replaced by Declaration TARP Reg 25/073/S.
