Sarah Gray’s recalls various Raspberry and Prosecco Jam and Strawberry and Champagne Jam because of undeclared sulphites

Sarah Gray’s is recalling various Raspberry and Prosecco Jam and Strawberry and Champagne Jam because they contain sulphites which is not mentioned on the label.

Risk:

Allergen: Sulphites

These products contain sulphites making them a possible health risk for anyone with a sensitivity to sulphur dioxide or sulphites.              

Our advice to consumers:

If you have bought the above products, do not eat them. Instead, return them to where you bought them from for a full refund.

Action taken by the company:  

Sarah Gray’s is recalling the above products and has been advised to contact the relevant allergy support organisations, which will tell their members about the recall. Point of sale notices will be displayed in all retail stores that are selling this product. These notices explain to customers why the product is being recalled and tell them what to do if they have bought the product.
