Fukushima import controls update

The Food and Feed Safety (Fukushima Restrictions) (Scotland) Revocation Regulations 2022 came into force on 25 June 2022.

These regulations revoked retained Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/6. This regulation imposed special conditions governing the import of feed and food originating or consigned from Japan following the accident at the Fukushima nuclear power station.
