Charcuterie Continental recalls several of its “MacTavish” and “Twechar Fine Foods” products due to a labelling error

Risk: Charcuterie Continental has recalled several of its “MacTavish” and its “Twechar Fine Foods” products due to a labelling error. The products were labelled with ‘best before’ dates where they should have been labelled with ‘use by’ dates. Consuming the product after its intended use by date could potentially present a risk to health.

The Charcuterie Continental is recalling the affected batch of its “MacTavish” and “Twechar Fine Foods” branded products due to a labelling error. The products were labelled with ‘best before’ dates where they should have been labelled with ‘use by’ dates.
Point-of-sale notices will be displayed in stores where the product is sold. These notices explain to customers why the product is being recalled and tells them what actions to take if they have bought the product. A copy of the point-of-sale recall notice is attached to this notice.
Advice to consumers:
