I’d like to request a copy of the winning tenderers proposal under the Freedom Of Information Act (minus the pricing if it’s considered commercially sensitive) to allow us to better understand our own scoring. Are you able to provide a copy please?

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under sections s.33(1)(b) (commercial interests) and s.38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information.
