Incidents of intimidation involving FSA staff including Official Veterinarians (OV), Meat Hygiene Inspectors (MHI) and contractors undertaking these roles, working at slaughterhouses in Scotland between 1st January 2017 and the present date 18th November 2020:
Please could you provide a full listing of all related incidents recorded for the specified period, including:
• date
• country
• geographic location (e.g. county)
• Size of Operation- Small(S), Medium (M), Large (L)
• Description of incident ie verbal abuse, aggressive behaviour, intimidation or physical assault.
• Action taken ie. informal meeting, formal meeting, no further action, monitoring behaviour, FBO letter, mediation, disciplinary, formal investigation, service withdrawal, police involvement.
• If CCTV footage of the incident was viewed/checked
• an anonymised establishment reference, to identify multiple incidents occurring at a single establishment.
