1. The number and nature of incidents of work related violence, as defined by the Health and Safety Executive, reported to Food Standards Scotland in relation to abattoir inspections/ monitoring since 2015.
Across the organisation as a whole, since 2015, we have had 3 recorded cases of what are technically classed as workplace violence.
2. The number and nature of incidents of non-co-operation/ obstruction reported to Food Standards Scotland in relation to abattoir inspections/ monitoring since 2015.
FSS has no record of any non-co-operation or obstruction experienced during abattoir inspections/monitoring since 2015 and maintains a positive working relationship with the Scottish Meat Industry.
