1. Since June 1st 2015, please provide all communications from Carrie Ruxton to either FSS staff or board members on a)a tax on sugar b)the UK Government’s Soft Drinks Industry Levy c) the content of all board papers for the FSS board meeting of January 2016.
2. Since the first day of FSS, please provide details of all gifts and hospitality provided to everyone who has served as a board member (please also include the chief executive). Details should include date of receipt, the organisation/individual who provided the gift/hospitality, what it entailed, and its monetary value.
