I attach some of the information you have requested in the Annex.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because Food Standards Scotland vesting day commenced on 1st April 2015, therefore information prior to this would be obtained from Food Standards Agency (FSA).
