When will your organisation publish your annual procurement report for 2017-18; and
I would be grateful for a copy of the annual procurement report for 2017-18.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Food Standards Scotland (FSS) does not hold the information you have requested.
FSS total regulated procurement spend per annum falls below £5 million which means we are not legally obliged to produce an annual procurement report in accordance with the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014. However, FSS reserves the right to voluntarily prepare an annual procurement report on its regulated procurement activities.
It is the intention to prepare a report for the period 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2018 and it is likely to be completed by the end of June 2018. The link below will take you to our procurement exercises when they are published on the Public Contracts Scotland website.
