Please can I request, under the Freedom of Information Act, additional information on all Animal Welfare Data for the period Jan 2020 to June 2021.
The additional information I would like is the name of the farm/company responsible for the incident and the local authority of where the incident occurred.
I would also like the number of animals affected per incident.
I would like this information added to what is already available in the Animal Welfare data so the farm name/company, local authority and number of animals affected can be directly linked to each individual incident.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide the information you have requested relating to additional information because an exemption under section s.39(1) (health and safety) of FOISA applies to that information. The reasons why that exemption applies are explained in the Annex to this letter.
We do not hold information relating to the number of animals affected per incident however information already published in the description column may contain details relating to the number of animals in the incident.
