Food Standards Scotland Conference 2018

Food Standards Scotland held its first conference, Fresh Thinking on Food, on Wednesday 28 March 2018 at the National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh.

The event featured presentations from renowned speakers from across the globe who presented a range of food-related topics, from food crime to nutrition, and from emerging trends to food safety.
