We are here to help you make informed choices when it comes to what and where to eat. Our values of Consumer focussed, Evidence based, Fair and proportionate, Independent and Inclusive and open, guide everything we do.

We always have the consumer's best interests at heart and aim to be your go-to source of information when it comes to food safety and healthy eating.
