Storing Food Safely

This tool is meant to teach people which foods should be stored where in their kitchen. This tool is not accessible to users without a mouse. We apologise for the inconvenience. Ready to eat foods & dairy foods Should be stored on the top shelves of the fridge
Raw meat & fish Should be stored on the middle shelf of the fridge
Salads, vegetables & fruit Should be stored at the bottom drawers of the fridge
Opened bottles & jars Should be stored on the door of the fridge
  • Keep food covered in the fridge
  • Don't put too much in the fridge
  • Store eggs in the fridge
  • Cool hot food before putting it in the fridge
  • Keep fridge temperature below 5ÂșC
  • Regularly clean inside and out
