Campylobacter factsheet

Food Standards Scotland, as part of  the Food Standards Agency Campaign “Acting on Campylobacter Together” (ACT) have produced an A4 fact sheet which promotes the key food hygiene messages that should be followed by caterers to ensure they protect their customers from the risks of campylobacter food poisoning. 

The poster also provides a link to our website to cross check the messages with CookSafe.
